This assignment gets you started working with a simple form.

Save a copy on your floppy of the following page formexample.html, naming it form.html

At a minimum, this page should contain the following:
A title for the page that says your name and form assignment
Change the recipient field value to equal your email address, not mine.
Optional: change the redirect field value to equal your homepage URL: "http://www.meyerconsult.com/student/wpd??/"
Publish the page, fill out the form and make sure you are receiving the contents of the form in your e-mail box.
Your page must validate before I'll grade it. Check your work at http://validator.w3.org/ .
Add a link from your student homepage under assignments to your form assignment using relative style addressing.
